PACKAGING team

Full Time - Salaried Position (Salary TBD based on experience)

Packaging Team Members report to the Packaging Team Lead and Production Manager at

Logboat Brewing Company.

The right candidate will:

● Possess a team-first attitude and understand the need to be a self-starter

● Have basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate machinery, including a forklift

● Maintain organization, discipline, be detail oriented with the ability to multitask

● Possess excellent time management and organizational skills

● Have a willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities

● Communicate efficiently and honestly with team and customers

● Possess an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

● Be able to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly during a 10 hour shift

● Be able to bend, twist and stoop repeatedly during a 10 hour shift

● Be interested in Craft Beer.

● Above all...maintain truthfulness and a positive attitude

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

● Build and palletize cases of beer coming off the packaging line

● Learn to operate our WG5 Wild Goose Canning Line and associated equipment

● Cleaning, sorting and organizing keg shells

● Filling kegs

● General brewery janitorial work, i.e. cleaning stainless parts, sweep and scrub floors,

recycling, trash duty, etc.

● Shipping and receiving help

This is a full-time, entry level position consisting of 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime.

We currently operate Monday-Friday.
