Falling Fences malt bill consists of a myriad of cara and crystal malts giving it its deep red hue and bold caramel flavor. Abbey malt contributes a roasted nuttyness with a slight honey-like sweet- ness while flaked oats give an overall soft, fluffy mouthfeel. We brewed this smooth, easy drinking Irish Red Ale in collaboration with the St. Louis band “Falling Fences”.
